If for any reason you are dissatisfied or need to return your purchase, we welcome your return for up to 30 days from the date of your purchase as long as the product is in new & unused condition with shrink wrap still intact and the product in undamaged condition. Please call us at 1-208-475-3618 to get a Return Authorization number prior to shipment. Any return received without a return authorization number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Upon Bunco Game Shop's receipt of the return merchandise, your credit card account will be refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise (sorry, shipping is NOT refundable). If you received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping the product to you.
